I’m happy to announce that CornerBrooker.com, along with Larger Than a Cat Productions and Stockpile Artists Collective, will be hosting Corner Brook’s first Photowalk on Saturday, September 25, at 10:30am.
What is a photowalk, you might ask? The basic definition (from Wikipedia) “is the act of walking with a camera for the main purpose of taking pictures of things that the photographer may find interesting.” As fun as that sounds, it gets even more fun when you do it as a group! We are inviting anyone with any sort of interest in photography to come out next Saturday and join us for a walk around Corner Brook.
Anyone and everyone is welcome and all you need to do is bring a camera of any sort. We will meet at the Majestic Lawn Gazebo and head down West Street and then around through the Corner Brook Stream Trail and make our way back to the Majestic Lawn.
Shutterbugs unite! Comes out and have some fun and maybe even learn a thing or two about (or teach a thing or two) about photography in an informal environment. And who knows, maybe you’ll even make some new friends!
