Oh, you don’t like spam? Well how about spam, egg, sausage, and spam? That doesn’t have much spam in it. No? What about egg, bacon, spam, and sausage?
The Off-Broadway Players are bringing a show full of classic Monty Python sketches to the Arts and Culture Centre this weekend in SPAM SPAM OFF-BROADWAY and SPAM. Any fan of Monty Python, or spam, or laughing should check this out.
The Off-Broadway Players introduce you to The Bruces, take you on a visit to the Argument Clinic and even follow King Arthur on some quest to find a grail or something or other.
Of course, the show wouldn’t be complete without an unexpected visit from the Spanish Inquisition or a confused lumberjack. The Minister of Silly Walks will also make an appearance, though his walk has gotten rather silly lately so he might be a little late.
The large cast (20? 30? I lost count.) will have you singing along all night. Oh, and be careful what you say — there might be a stoning.
SPAM SPAM OFF-BROADWAY and SPAM opens on Friday evening at the Arts and Culture Centre at 8pm and continues on Saturday at 8pm.
