The East Meets West Meets North Expo’s festivities continued this weekend with lumberjacks and lumberjills rolling up their sleeves and picking up an axe, as they competed in the Lumberjack Challenge at the First United Church on West St.
Think you can cut down a tree faster than anyone else? Feel so confident with a chainsaw that you could carve a magnificent sculpture? What about running across a suspended log?
If this sounds like you, then you should consider registering for the Lumberjack Challenge on Saturday. It’s being held on the First United Church Lawn and is part of the East meets West meets North Expo.
